I was a Ghetto Boy, God Saved Me from the Streets – Prophet Kofi Oduro
Founder and Head Pastor of Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Dr Kofi Oduro, speaking about his ghetto boy life as a youngster, has revealed how his mother always cried because of his lifestyle.
According to Prophet Oduro, he backslided heavily after his confirmation in the Presbyterian Church to become a social deviant and lived a life of his own.
“I am a ghetto boy, God saved me from the streets; a Fadama and Abeka boy for that matter who always made my mother cry because of my lifestyle and though she reminded me always of my confirmation text-Proverbs 10:1-I did not heed to her advice,” he said.
Speaking in an interview on Joy FM’s Personality Profile with Lexis Bill, he disclosed how the Mighty hand of God turned his life around.

“I was a smoker, I was part of a thug called 18 boys at Fadama and people were fed up with me. My headmaster at ATTC wanted to expel me but the only thing that kept me was my academic performance,” he said.
“But one day, I encountered what I call the Epiphany where I saw angels all over ATTC but nobody else could see. I began preaching in the school and throughout Kokomlemle and its environs but people thought I was running mad because of the weed,” he narrated.
