Erico Speaks: Don’t Misquote Me
After his interview on Kasapa FM with Kojo Preko Dankwa, where gospel musician, Erico disclosed his desire to have pursued a different genre of music other then gospel, the artiste is out to debunk these claims.
In an interview on Zylofon FM’s Showbiz Agenda, winner of the third edition of TV3’s Mentor told host Sammy Flex that he does not regret his decision to join the gospel fraternity.
According to him, he would not make the same choice if he is given another chance, however, that does not mean he regrets his decision.
“I was misinterpreted, i do not regret doing gospel, i just wish i had made a different choice”, he explained.
Erico has faced a lot of backlash following his announcement of Kasapa FM, according to some fans, he is only concentrating on the monetary gains for his works.
However, he says the financial flaws of gospel music in Ghana is not much of a problem, as compared to the bad treatment they face.
“My problem is not with the money, i only want the bad treatment to stop”, he told host, Sammy Flex.
