Ceccy Twum: ‘My Career flourished after Daughters of Glorious Jesus Laid Hands on Me’
Ghanaian Gospel musician, Ceccy Twum has revealed that her music career flourished after legendary and adorable music trio, Daughters Of Glorious Jesus laid their hands on her.
The sensational contemporary gospel singer made the revelation on Atinka FM on Sunday during a lively conversation with Roman Fada. Apparently, the talented and legendary gospel trio have “directly or indirectly” inspired a great number of young musicians in the country.
According to Ceccy Twum, she started developing love for Daughters Of Glorious Jesus at very young age and till now, the love she has for them is simply unmeasurable.
Throwing more light on the beginning of her music career, after acknowledging the great support from his husband, she narrated how instrumental Daughters Of Glorious Jesus have been in her musical journey.
The songstress shared with Roman Fada how she first met the legendary gospel music group. At a launch of their timeless albums, Ceccy Twum had the opportunity to meet them and it was such a memorable moment.
She knelt before them and they all laid their hands on her and spoke positive words on her life and career.
From 2005 when she released her debut album – “Megyefo Ne Yesu”, she has been extremely amazing till today.
The brand ‘Cecy Twum’ is well positioned, it’s really huge in Ghana and many parts of the world.
She has worked with great musicians from Ghana and other parts of the world. Notable among them are Nathaniel Basseh, Sinach, Mercy Chinwo, Frank Edwards – all from Nigeria, arguably the biggest music market in Africa.
Controversial man of God, Prophet Kumchacha, in real life known as Nicholas Osei has disclosed that he was an addicted weed smoker before his journey with Christ.
Speaking on Atinka Fm’s Drive Time show hosted by Roman Fada, the founder and leader of Heaven Gates Ministries narrated how his addiction to marijuana made him an extremely stubborn boy in Akyem Apedwa — a small village in the Eastern region where he was born and raised.
Sharing his ‘weed smoking’ experience on the show, Kumchacha said after being introduced to what he described as a very ‘destructive habit’, he felt he was in heaven the very first day he started smoking.
After smoking for many years, he had his Damascus experience and started a journey with Christ.
For the past 33 years, Prophet Kumchacha has never returned to the said bad habit and remains committed to Kingdom business.
