Minister Rapture, real name Samuel Ohene Peprah, was a former underground Hiplife artiste.
Minister Rapture officially joined the Gospel industry in 2007; performing songs by Gospel moguls including Tye Tribbett, Derrick Hadden, Frank Edwards Michael Smith, Amy Grant, Yolanda Adams, and Kirk Franklin among others at church events.
Minister Rapture completed Accra Secondary-Technical Senior High School in 2001 and a graduate of Takoradi Polytechnic in 2006.
