Evangelist Cecilia Marfo Donates GH¢ 10,000 to Orphanage in Tema
Award Winning gospel musician and founder of Cecilia Marfo Worship Conference Center (Osorie Fie) Evangelist Cecilia Marfo last week presented GH¢ 10,000 Cash and other items to The Risen Star Orphanage Home at Dodowa in Tema.
Presenting the items to the management of the orphanage, Cecilia Marfo said the donation was to empower the staff of the orphanage to continue with their great work.
Speaking in an interview with GospelEmpireGh.Com, the anointed vessel uncovered that she wants to continue to take up social responsibility and effect the management of orphanages with her foundation called, ‘Cecilia Marfo Foundation.’
The Mind blowing Worshiper added that the support of Cecilia Marfo Foundation is to fulfill one of the core mandates of the foundation, which is to be a blessing to the needy and less-privileged in society, although this is not the first time her foundation is giving to the penniless and less advantaged.
“The ministry is not only about music, I believe as minister of the gospel, our lives must also emphatically influence the lives of others and the affect ought to be coordinated to these children because they need our physical support,” she said.
The Worship bulldozer moreover shared her hardship experience when pursuing her dreams despite not getting any support from any family and also how she struggled financially.
She expressed the life journey she experienced before becoming a singer, saying that it wasn’t a simple life and task making a name for herself.
The staff of the Risen Star Orphanage Home expressed their appreciation to Evangelist Cecilia Marfo with tears of joy.
The husband of Evangelist Cecilia Marfo, Mr Clement Kofi Yeboah Adupedie encouraged the houseparents of the Risen Star Orphanage Home to stand firm in their endeavour and to continue to show their kindness towards the less-privileged.
He finally showered blessings on the children, staffs and the houseparents of the Risen Star Orphanage Home.
The Ace Gospel singer finally urged everyone to come support all the orphans, less privileged in either in cash and or in kind when they get blessed in life.

Earlier this year, Evangelist Ernest Addo and the ‘Afunuba’ hit maker Cecilia Marfo toured across some of the states in America to get connected with fans as they headlined their major Aseda Kese Tour in USA.
Cecilia Marfo was born Kumasi in an area called Bompata in the Asafo Nfante Newtown.
Cecilia Marfo successfully launched two albums this year to mark her 18th album in a period of 21 years in the gospel music ministry.
