Ntokozo Mbambo Makes History At South African Music Awards With “Lavish Worship”
Ntokozo Mbambo, the renowned gospel artist and powerhouse songstress, has emerged victorious at the 2023 South African Music Awards (SAMA29), clinching three prestigious awards for her latest project “Lavish Worship.”
The album won the coveted “Album of the Year,” “Female Artist of the Year,” and “Best Contemporary Faith Album” awards, cementing her status as one of the most talented musicians in the country.
The award ceremony took place over two magnificent nights at the Durban International Convention Centre (ICC) on November 17 and 18, and was attended by some of the biggest names in the music industry.
“Lavish Worship,” which features eighteen (18) powerful tracks with cameo appearances from Mabongi and Khaya Mthethwa, was released earlier this year and has been widely praised for its uplifting and inspiring message.
