VGMA23: Niiella Wins Best Female Vocal Performance Of The Year
Ghanaian UK-based gospel singer, Niiella, real name Daniella Dankwah-Coffie, has bagged an award for the Best Female Vocal Performance Of The Year at the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Niiella’s nominated song, ‘Where Are You’ won her the Best Female Vocal Performance at the 23rd edition of the VGMAs beating Celestine Donkor, Abiana, Esther Goodwyll, Efe Grace and Cina Soul so secure the coveted award.
The event which is the Industry Awards took place at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center on Friday, June 6, 2022. The music award is scheduled for two days, Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7, 2022.
The VGMA’s is aimed at recognizing and celebrating the hard work of artists, songwriters, beat-makers, music producers, instrumentalists and other stakeholder in the Ghanaian music industry.
